1. Ordering more at once will definitely get you a better value. Orders will be shipped via our expedited flat-rate 2-4 business day shipping for $9.96. Occasionally, we may run specials on shipping rates that will be advertised as a special offer, for a limited time.
    We do like to ship orders as fast as possible, therefore some selected orders received before 1pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) may be shipped on the same business day. For most orders, we require 1-2 business days handling time. This is in addition to the shipping time. Also, we do not ship orders on Sundays and public holidays celebrated in the U.S.; all such orders are shipped on the following working day. 

  2. Although our focus is the U.S. market, we have received many requests for international shipping. Currently, international shipping is available for Canada, Mexico and select European countries. Also, when ordering from outside the U.S., please keep import duties in mind. We do not know how import duties may affect your order when receiving in your country. In case of any additional fees incurred by us because of shipment refusal, resulting from import duties or for any reason, we reserve the right to subtract these fees from the total amount paid for the product (total amount does not include shipping charges) before any refunds are processed.

  3. Free domestic shipping is offered on most orders over $59, excluding any applicable taxes or discounts. For orders under $59, expedited flat-rate shipping is offered for $9.96. When selecting one of these shipping options, Hides & Knives Shipping Team will decide the most efficient carrier for your shipment.

The following exclusions apply:
Offer not valid for orders exceeding 150 lbs.
Offer excludes orders containing bulk items (20, 25 and 50 lb bags).
Offer only applies to orders being shipped within the 48 contiguous United States.

We do not offer free shipping to any international destinations because it is not possible for us to absorb these costs at the moment. 

    4. We always try really hard to meet or exceed your expectations but have not yet been able to control delays caused by carriers, information errors and/or bad weather. If you know someone who can help us understand the weather thing, let us              know, we’d love to put in a request. But other than that, if you ever feel like a delay is our fault, please reach out to us and we will make it right by you.

   5. Re-shipping orders is costly. Please ensure that there are no mistakes in the address you provide to us during checkout. In our drive to get you the product within the selected shipping speeds, we usually assume that the address provided by you           is  correct, unless you can catch the error before we ship. As a rule of thumb, we do not re-ship orders that are returned as undeliverable due to an address error. Standard shipping rate shall apply for reshipping undeliverable orders.

Returns and Exchanges

  1. If you purchased our brand name product at another website, please remember to return the product to them, not at On a case-by-case basis, we may accept returns from third party websites if we feel that we can add value to the need at hand. 

  2. You may initiate a return for any reason you see fit. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our goal is to treat you right and in return we only ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. When returning our product, kindly return an unused product that is in its original packaging. Returns can be initiated within the warranty period, from the date of delivery, and must have a valid Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number. This can be obtained by contacting us at

  3. There are some rare situations where only partial refunds are granted. These conditions are, but not limited to:
    * Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    * Any item where the RMA request was made beyond the warranty period. 
    * An item that was returned to us but got lost before it reached us.

  4. To return your product, kindly mail your product to: 1541 N. 30th St., Galesburg, MI 49053. In most cases, a prepaid return label can also be generated, in which case, the return label amount will be deducted from the final refund amount. There are exceptions. When the returns are initiated because of no fault of the customer, we will issue prepaid return labels and NOT deduct that amount from the final refund.

  5. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When mailing returns to us, please ensure that it is accompanied with a tracking number. From experience, we have learned that it should not be assumed that a product shipped will actually be received unless it is fully traceable.

  6. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24 – 48 hours.

  7. In extreme rare cases, if you don’t see your refund after 48 hours, please let us know by sending us a follow-up email at We will make sure you get your refund, even if we have to mail you a physical check in the mail. Thus far, we have a 100% on-time refund rate and we are proud of it.
