All Hides & Knives products are made to distinguished standards; using premium materials, attention to detail, durability, fit and long lasting comfort. Every cut and stitch is made by skilled artisans who genuinely care about your satisfaction. And, because we want you to have a peace of mind owning our products, we proudly offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on every qualifying Hides & Knives Co. product purchase either directly from our website or through us on a third-party platform.
Requirements to obtain Limited Lifetime Warranty:
- PROOF OF PURCHASE: This is pretty straight forward, no explanation required.
- WARRANTY REGISTRATION: This gives us visibility on the purchase and allows us to monitor which channels need most of our attention, and why. So if you have purchased our product from a third-party platform or from authorized distributors, please register your purchase within 30 days.
Please note that we are unable to offer leather restoration. You can reference our leather care information page of the website.
Every item is subject to review by our team. All repairs require proof of purchase. Some repairs that are not due to a manufacturer’s defect may require a reasonable fee. Final Sale, Clearance and Sample Sale items are not covered by our warranty.
If you would like to submit your item for repair, please visit our file a claim page with your proof of purchase and a decent photo of the item where the repair is needed.
REPAIR POLICY
We stand by the design, quality and craftsmanship of our goods which is why we are happy to cover issues due to a manufacturer defect incurred during the lifetime of your items. The Limited Lifetime Warranty is applicable to the lifetime of our leather goods for up to 5 years, from the date of purchase. We will always attempt to repair your item with original or similar materials, however in some cases we may need to use new materials or material colors for your repair. We will always discuss these options with you prior to making the repair.
